She escaped from her hometown of New Orleans because she wanted to experience more. Now she’s back and she’s working to make the culture in her bakery live up to the name: Gracious Bakery & Cafe. She wants customers AND the employees to feel welcome there.

Garlic Chile Crisp — I’m obsessed. Creamy peanut butter. Tinned fish.
I love our Everything Bagel with salmon cream cheese.
Bacon. And our quiche when it’s in the oven.
